Paul Feuer was admitted to the New York Bar in 1982, as well as the Southern and
Eastern Districts of the U.S. District Court. He graduated from Drew University, New Jersey in 1978 and received his Juris Doctor from the Delaware Law School of Widener University, including induction into the Moot Court Honor Society, in 1981.
Mr. Feuer served internships with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Delaware, the Delaware County District Attorney's Office in Pennsylvania, and served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County for 6 years in the Felony Trial and other bureaus.
Mr. Feuer has been in the private, general practice of law for 26 years. He joined the firm of Zwissler, Diedolf, Feuer & Volkmarm in Patchogue, NY in 1987. In 2000, he formed the Law Offices of Feuer & Feuer in Patchogue where he continues his general practice and litigation of civil and criminal law, including personal injury, residential and commercial real estate, criminal and traffic and DWl defense, wills, estates and elder law, small business and corporate legal services.
Mr. Feuer has served as the Prosecuting Attorney for the Village of Patchogue since 2003 and for the Village of Mastic Beach since 2012, and is responsible for prosecution of various village ordinance violations involving zoning, building and quality of life issues.
Mr. Feuer is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Suffolk County Bar Association, and Suffolk County Criminal Bar Association. He is a member of the Insurance & Negligence Plaintiffs Counsel committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. He has conducted adult-education law classes for the Patchogue- Medford School District and has been selected as an honored member in Who's Who of Practicing Attorneys.
Mr. Feuer is a Past President of the Patchogue Lions Club and has received the Melvin Jones Fellow Award and Uplinger Distinguished Service and Humanitarian Award. He is a past Lieutenant in the Patchogue Bay Power Squadron, a local branch of the National Boating Organization, for which he served as legislative officer, holds an Advanced Piloting Certificate and assists as an instructor of the Boating Safety Course for the public.

2005 - 2008 - Judicial Hearing Officer, Town of Brookhaven Parking Violations Bureau - part time - presided as fact finder over parking violation hearings and case dispositions.
